За ним последовали Риверсайд Каунти, где цены выросли на 8 процентов до $345,750; в округе Вентура на 5.9% , при средней цене $519,000; Орандж Каунти — на 5,3 процента и в Лос-Анджелесе на 4 процента, при увеличенсредней цене за дом в $520,000.
Цифры и проценты, хорошо отражают позитивную картину роста.
Жилые объекты, что были сданы в прошлом году, это были дома класса «люкс», и продавались они по цене не менее 1 миллион долларов.
